In the Unitholder Update dated 5 August 2024, Trilogy Funds stated that an interim payment of $500,000 ($0.0006 per unit) would be paid to Ordinary Unit holders. However, the interim payment made to Ordinary Units on 22 August 2024 amounted to $439,561.38 ($0.0005 per unit).
Trilogy Funds would like to reassure unitholders that the reduction in the interim payment does not mean that this amount will no longer be paid. Instead, the difference will be included in the final payment to be paid prior to the wind up.
Trilogy Funds is now in the process of calculating the final payment and expect to be in a position to provide a further update in this respect shortly.
