Change of Payment Details
As previously informed, the deadline for updating payment details was 8 November 2024. In its discretion, Trilogy Funds has continued to accept requests beyond this deadline due to the number of requests received. However, to allow the wind up of the Fund to proceed, please be advised that Trilogy Funds will not accept any new requests received after 5:00pm 28 November 2024.
Final Payment
Due to the number of requests received, Trilogy Funds now intends to make the final payment to unitholders in the week commencing 9 December 2024.
For Ordinary Unit holders, you will receive approximately $0.0005 per unit held. There will be no further payment made with respect to Litigation Recovery Right Units.
For the avoidance of any doubt, this upcoming payment will be the final payment.
Unclaimed Money
In accordance with s601NG of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), after the final payment is made, Trilogy Funds will transfer any unclaimed money remaining to ASIC for administration. Once this occurs, Trilogy Funds will cease to have any responsibility with respect to the unclaimed money and you will need to submit a claim directly to ASIC. Trilogy Funds will not be liable to any person who did not receive a payment as a result of his/her failure to provide Trilogy Funds with correct payment details.
