As previously reported in the Unitholder Update dated 5 August 2024, payments to both Litigation Recovery Right Unit holders and Ordinary Unit holders were scheduled to occur today.
Trilogy Funds is pleased to advise that the payment to Litigation Recovery Right Unit holders has been successfully processed. Unfortunately, the scheduled payment to Ordinary Unit holders has been delayed. Trilogy Funds anticipates that the scheduled payment to Ordinary Unitholders will be completed by the end of this week.
