Proceedings commenced against CBRE (V) Pty Limited for its alleged negligent valuation of a commercial marina and associate properties provided to the then trustee and responsible entity of the Pacific First Mortgage Trust have now settled and are no longer before the Court.
The settlement was pursuant to a settlement agreement, the terms of which are confidential.
