We previously advised that a claim was lodged against KPMG in relation to their role as compliance plan auditor of the Fund. This claim was filed in the Federal Court in September 2014 and during the December quarter 2016 was the subject of a mediation process. The matter will return to Court in February 2017 for a directions hearing. Subject to any requirements of confidentiality, more information will be provided when available.
