As stipulated in our web update of 23 July 2013 (below), Asset 20 is a 29-hectare industrial estate situated in Braeside, Victoria, which consists of six lots averaging approximately 4.8 hectares. Lot U (approximately 5 hectares) was subdivided into 34 retail sub-lots in June 2012 and has been the subject of a comprehensive sales and marketing campaign.

The marketing of the estate is being undertaken by the receiver and manager appointed by the Fund in accordance their statutory obligations to ascertain and obtain market value. The prices achieved to date are in line with valuations obtained by the receiver and manager from time to time and reflect the fair market value of these lots.

Marketing of the development super-lots (Q, W, X, Y and Z) will commence in early November through a public ‘Expressions of Interest’ campaign closing on 11 December 2013. The campaign will be led by Savills and will feature advertisements in leading print and internet media outlets, including The Age, Property Review Weekly and realcommercial.com.au.
