The Annual Financial Report of the Pacific First Mortgage Fund (Fund) for the year ended 30 June 2013 (Accounts) has been finalised and lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The net asset value per unit of the Fund as at 30 June 2013 was $0.11 ($0.13 as at 30 June 2012). The Accounts will be uploaded to the website shortly and subsequently mailed or emailed to Unitholders in accordance with their communication preferences.
