Transfer of Unclaimed Money to ASIC
Trilogy Funds is pleased to confirm that all remaining unclaimed money was transferred to ASIC for administration on 10 April 2025. ASIC confirmed receipt of the monies on 22 April 2025.
Unclaimed Money Procedure
If you believe you have unclaimed money, you will need to submit a claim directly to ASIC. For further information on how to make a claim to ASIC for unclaimed money, please visit the unclaimed money section on ASIC’s website or call ASIC on 1300 300 630.
Next Steps
Following the transfer of unclaimed money to ASIC, Trilogy Funds can now proceed with the final steps required to wind up the Fund. These steps include but are not limited to:
- Processing of final unit redemptions and sending of associated statements
- Preparation and sending of final tax and periodic statements
- Preparation and lodging of year-end financial reports
