Further to the update provided last month, Trilogy Funds Management Limited (Trilogy, we) as Responsible Entity of the Pacific First Mortgage Fund (Fund), continues to work with the Funds’ appointed lawyers regarding distribution payments. An update from the lawyers is expected shortly and we will provide further information to investors as soon as it becomes available.
