Trilogy Funds is currently reviewing whether the Fund has the ability to facilitate an interim distribution to unitholders pending the resolution of the outstanding matters and the final wind up of the Fund.
Bankruptcy Trustee for the Estate of Mr Sullivan
As stated in the Unitholder Update dated 6 October 2023, the bankruptcy trustee has advised that the final report cannot be issued to creditors of the estate until the proposed distribution(s) to unitholders have been completed. We continue to agitate to have this matter resolved shortly.
Wind Up of the Fund
Trilogy Funds continues to seek advice with respect to the wind up of the Fund. In addition to the matters stated in the Unitholder Update dated 6 October 2023, the winding up of the Fund may also include the seeking of judicial advice with respect to the wind up.
