Conclusion of current litigation
We are pleased to advise that current litigation undertaken by the Fund has been concluded. We are now reviewing the Fund’s position with respect to distributions for Ordinary and Litigation Recovery Right unitholders. We will provide a further update in this respect in due course.
Outstanding Matters
We are still awaiting a report from the Bankruptcy Trustee for the Estate of Sullivan. They have advised that the report cannot be issued until the proposed distribution to Unitholders has been completed following the finalisation of the litigation matters. We are agitating to have this concluded as soon as possible.
Winding up of the Fund
We are also obtaining advice to wind up the Fund. We expect the wind-up to be undertaken following the conclusion of the above items, barring any other unforeseen matters arising. This may involve notices being published to ascertain if any other parties intend to claim against the Fund, preparing final accounts and having them audited, as well as a final distribution to Unitholders.
